Job Description: Admin Executive


Position Overview


The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting management and staff with organizational and clerical duties. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for records, invoices, contracts, and documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Support finance team in processing invoices, expense claims, and petty cash management.
  • Organize company events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.


Qualifications & Skills



  • 12th passed or related field (preferred).
  • 0-2 Experience required
  • Hindi and English Languages Mandatory
  • 2-Wheeler Driving Mandatory
