Job Description/Responsibilities

This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for fashion, a strong eye for aesthetics, and the ability to keep our brand at the forefront of social media conversations.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Collaborations & Public Visibility


  • Proactively seek media features, brand shoutouts, and opportunities to position the brand as a trendsetter in the fashion space.
  • Work closely with PR and marketing teams to ensure the brand remains in the limelight across digital and offline channels.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands to enhance visibility and brand positioning.
  • Lead influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
  • Conceptualize and execute cross-brand campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations that generate buzz and audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute innovative content strategies that resonate with fashion audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including photos, videos, and engaging copy.
  • Oversee and direct fashion shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign storytelling to amplify brand presence.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, implementing fresh formats and creative approaches.
  • Ensure a consistent and impactful brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on audience insights and engagement data.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of influencer collaborations, and online brand-building strategies.
  • Preferred someone with hands-on experience in content production, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, photography, and video direction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for executing successful collaborations.
  • Ability to track and analyse key social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and the ability to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Also, we expect the person in this role to adapt to the evolving market and business landscape, adjusting strategies and working styles to achieve business goals.
