Position Overview

As an SEO Executive at Aisha Rao Couture, you will be responsible for elevating the brand’s organic presence, strengthening search visibility across luxury fashion categories, and driving qualified organic traffic to support global growth. You will lead on-page and off-page SEO, optimize product and content pages for high-intent keywords, and collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the brand’s craftsmanship, precision, and luxury positioning. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, analytical capability, and editorial sensibility suited for a couture brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, non-branded traffic, and domain authority.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research across luxury fashion, couture, appliqué work, bridalwear, and occasion wear categories.

- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, schema, and alt tags for product, collection, and editorial pages.

- Collaborate with the content team to plan and create E-E-A-T-driven articles, guides, and blog content.

- Perform technical audits, resolve indexing issues, and improve site architecture and internal linking.

- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and performance dashboards for trends and insights.

- Identify and secure high-quality backlinks via digital PR, partnerships, and authoritative fashion directories.

- Conduct competitor analysis; track SERP performance and provide clear recommendations.

- Digital Content & Performance Coordination

- Ensure all campaign pages, launch stories, and product narratives follow SEO best practices and maintain brand tone.

- Optimize existing content for relevance, freshness, and topical authority.

- Provide keyword and search intent insights for seasonal campaigns and collection drops.

- Prepare monthly SEO reports summarizing ranking progress, traffic insights, content performance, and backlink growth

Experience with:

- Shopify product/collection management

- Shopify SEO best practices

- Basic Liquid code understanding

- Shopify apps and CRO tools

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (fashion, lifestyle, or premium e-commerce preferred).

- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.

- Strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.

- Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.

- Strong writing skills with the ability to maintain a luxury editorial tone where required.

- Ability to think strategically about luxury search positioning, audience quality, and intent—not just volume.

- High attention to detail with a strong sense of design alignment and visual consistency.

Education & Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related fields preferred.

- SEO or Digital Marketing certifications are a plus.

- Experience with luxury brands or D2C fashion brands is highly desirable.
